Processing Time

Orders placed with Noor & Stone Jewelry are prepared with care before dispatch. Most in-stock orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Processing time can increase during holidays, launches, promotional periods or when an order requires additional verification.

Delivery And Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking details will be shared after dispatch. Delivery time depends on destination, courier capacity and local conditions. Please allow extra time during weather disruptions, public holidays or high-volume shopping seasons.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We can try to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has moved to packing or courier handover.
