Return Window

We want you to feel happy with your Noor & Stone Jewelry order. Unworn eligible items may be requested for return within 7 days of delivery, unless a different return window is stated at checkout or on a specific product page.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn and returned in original packaging with any tags, pouches or protective materials included. For hygiene and quality reasons, earrings and personalised or final-sale items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@noorstonejewelry.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and guide you through replacement, refund or other available resolution.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary. Original shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed damaged item.
